Q. Do I need an appointment? A. To ensure priority service, we do recommend you make an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and welcome any emergencies or vehicle tow-ins or drop-offs 24 hours a day.
Q. Can you perform authorized dealer
warranty or recall work?
A. As an independent service facility, we are in no way affiliated with Volkswagen or Audi of America. Factory warranty work or recalls can only be performed by the franchised new car dealer.
Q. Do I need to have the New Car Dealer service my vehicle to maintain the warranty? A. You can have routine maintenance performed by any competent independent automotive service facility and still maintain your warranty.

accept? A. We accept cash, check and all major cards.
